As you go about your day, remember the rests in the rhythm of the day. I cling to these quiet moments as soon as I become aware of them. It's the inbetween time between coming and going, doing and being. I work at such a hectic pace, multi-task more than I should and often I find myself completely wrung dry. I need these pauses in my daily life to re-charge and gather myself. Sometimes taking a step back and doing nothing is the best medicine of all.
