Soundtrack of my Life...

I'm stealing this from Poet Mom's Blog. If my life had a soundtrack, what would the music be?

Here's how it works:
1) Open your music library (iTunes, iPod, winamp, Mediaplayer)
2) Put it on shuffle
3) Press Play
4) For every statement, type the song that's playing
5) New statement- press the next button
6) Don't lie and try to pretend your cool

I have tons of songs on my Nano that I like to call guilty pleasures so this should be interesting.

Opening Credits:
Give Me Just a Lil' More Time- Chairmen of the Board
How appropriate. Work has been wearing me down lately. I feel like there aren't enough hours in the day.

Waking Up:
Midnight at the Oasis- Maria Muldur
Ah, a guilty pleasure so quickly rears its ugly head. Sigh...

First day at School:
I Eat Cannibals- Total Ceolo
Yikes!

Falling in Love:
I Get a Kick Out of You- Frank Sinatra
Wow, I can't believe this song actually popped up.

Breaking Up:
Minute by Minute- The Doobie Brothers

Prom:
Daughters-John Mayer
I swear to you this song came on next. Promise!

Life's Okay:
Shake Your Body ( Down to the ground)- The Jacksons

Mental Breakdown:
Aftertaste- Ben Lee

Driving:
California Dreaming- Jose Feliciano

Flashback:
That's Just What You Are- Aimee Mann

Getting Back Together:
Fall at Your Feet- Crowded House

Wedding:
Poetry & Airplanes- Teitur
I think this would be a lovely wedding song. The guests however, might fall asleep.

Birth of Child:
Let's Do It- Louis Armstrong
I can't believe this was the next song. Spooky!

Final Battle:
Stone Thing Pt. 1 -Alvin Cash

Death Scene:
Hymn ofthe Big Wheel- Massive Attack

Funeral Song:
It's Like That- RUN/DMC
I'll never listen to that song the same way ever again.

End Credits:
I'll Be Good to You- Brothers Johnson

And that my friend is that. You guys should try this, it's a lot of fun.
