Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center
I'm sure everyone's seen the YouTube clip of inmates of the Philippines' Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center performing Thriller by now. Here's an obscure one of them performing some song called " Jumbo Hot Dog."
Seriously, Al. I must be behind the times. I've never heard of these guys. That said, I went to You Tube and watched Thriller also. I think I wet my pants. I had a dream once that this is what prison would be like. How very West Side Story of them.

Freaky! As soon as I saw the video I sent it along to others who were equally as disturbed and freaked out.
