A couple of months ago Lorraine & I went a lil' crazy during our first visit to Costco. Do we really need a 5lb. container of mustard? Of course we don't but it sure is tempting. We managed to fight temptation until we came across this box of 60 Eggo waffles in the frozen breakfast food section. This box spoke to us, it reasoned with us. " Hey you two," said the waffles," you can put me in the freezer and I'll last a real long time. It makes economical sense for you to buy me." And you know what, Eggo Waffles was right. It DID make sense.at the time. But here we are, barely two months later and we're down to our last two waffles. To make matters worse Lorraine has only eaten two waffles. That means that yours truly has scarfed down 56 waffles in 2 months!!! 56 waffles! Oh the humanity. and now I find myself craving even more waffles. Damn you Eggo Waffles, damn you to hell.
On a side note, Lorraine & I were talking about tribute bands. A friend of ours loves this Neil Diamond tribute band called Hot August Nights and it got me thinking, if I were to start one up which one would I be. So far my leading contender would be an INXS tribute band called Need You Tonight. Feel free to post what yours would be ...

Oh yeah, we buy the large box of Eggos from BJs. But they only last about two weeks. Try the frozen ravoli in the black bag--it's excellent.
56 Waffles? Really?
